We dug deep into what Carease really brought to the table and decided they weren’t just monitoring residents—they were empowering staff and transforming the entire care culture at every facility they touched.

That’s when “Carease Together” was born—a rallying call that took Carease from a provider of RPM tech to a true ally in proactive care. Every part of their identity was rebuilt to support that vision. We designed a logomark inspired by the arc of a caring hand, balancing strength and warmth. Our visual system introduced bold colors that felt both professional and approachable. Our messaging strategy moved them beyond the cold, clinical language of “Remote Patient Monitoring,” introducing “Proactive Resident Monitoring” — a more human-centered term that reflected their true commitment to hands-on care and partnership. More importantly, we built a blueprint for how Carease would present itself to the world: as the company that doesn’t just offer tools, but stands shoulder-to-shoulder with DONs, admins, and owners to make their lives easier. From branded training sessions to internal team-building initiatives, every touchpoint supported that idea. Our strategy gave Carease a new language and story they could use to make it obvious why every facility would want them on their team.
