A vision for a decade.

Over the years, Guardian Realty Management became a national giant, servicing ancillary asset needs, naturally complementing its management presence with development and investment activities. As Guardian evolved, they needed a consistent and timeless brand identity to withstand the test of time. To kick off 2020, GCNY’s assignment was to bring the brand into its new age, without abandoning its core name, color scheme or profile.

We dove into Guardian's focus on forward-looking strategies in a new logo, drawing inspiration from themes of protection and vigilance, and developed a color-coded brand extension system for future growth, fostering team spirit through exhilarating company initiatives, setting them up for enduring success.
